VURV cans: Blueberry Lemonade, Orange Dream, Coastal Crush and Cherry Limeade

Kratom Seltzer vs. VURV: What's Actually in the Can?

Kratom seltzers are everywhere now, and the cans can look a lot alike. Here's a plain look at how VURV fits in, and what to check on any kratom drink before you buy.

Seltzer vs. ready-to-drink botanical beverage

Most kratom seltzers are sparkling water with kratom extract and flavor. VURV is a ready-to-drink botanical beverage made with kratom leaf extract plus lion's mane and real fruit flavor. It's built to taste like a proper drink, not a flavored water.

What to compare on any can

  1. Mitragynine per can, not "extract" weight. These are different numbers. VURV's original flavors list 50 mg mitragynine (from 67 mg full-spectrum extract) per can. Coastal Crush has 40 mg mitragynine per can.
  2. Lab results (COAs). Look for a Certificate of Analysis for each flavor. VURV publishes them at drinkvurv.com/pages/vurv-lab-results.
  3. Sweetener and calories. VURV's originals have 80 calories and use cane sugar and agave. Coastal Crush has 5 calories and uses allulose + stevia.
  4. Alcohol. VURV has zero alcohol in every flavor.

The VURV lineup

  • Blueberry Lemonade: 80 calories
  • Orange Dream: 80 calories
  • Cherry Limeade: 80 calories
  • Coastal Crush (lime + pineapple): 5 calories

Drink responsibly
