Refund policy

At Vurv, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience with every order.

Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened products. However, we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or compromised, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can arrange a correction.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beverage products once they have shipped.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Vurv reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that fall outside of these guidelines or show signs of misuse.
